Ten years ago I made the brave decision to sell everything I had to train as a classical singer at the age of 42.
I packed my suitcases and took one last look at my home from the car that sped me off to the airport.
There was no turning back. No back up plan and no promises. I started my life as an urban gypsy.
Through the years I loved classical music yet something was missing. My voice was not comfortable and my heart not settled.
One day I played a few chords on a keyboard just as I did in my younger days in school.
I hummed a tune and to my surprise I wrote the lyrics and melody to a song.
The album “Photographs and Faces” has given voice to my soul.
